The French Ministry of Industry & Energy has selected EDF Renewables-Maple Power & Ocean Winds-Banque des Territoires for two 250 MW floating offshore wind farms in the Mediterranean, France. The projects, located 25 km offshore, will generate 1 TWh of clean electricity annually. They include commitments to recycling, job creation, and using SMEs for various tasks during development & operations.
