ECL is developing TerraSite1, a 1GW off-grid hydrogen-powered AI factory on a 300-acre Texas site near Houston. Costing $450m for the initial phase, it will host 50MW of data centres for Oracle, Lambda, and others. Hydrogen will be delivered via three pipelines, supporting ECL’s goal of a fully sustainable, scalable solution.
