Tamil Nadu Green Energy Corporation Limited awarded 1,400 MWh of battery storage capacity to Eagle Infra India and OPG Power Ventures in its standalone BESS auction. Eagle secured 175 MW/700 MWh at ₹315,000 per MW per month, while OPG won an equal capacity at ₹316,000. The projects will connect to the state grid, maintain 95% availability, complete 1.
