DTEK and Fluence have begun commissioning six 2-hour battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Ukraine, totaling 200MW/400MWh. Each project ranges from 20MW to 50MW and uses 689 Fluence Gridstack cubes. Commercial operations are scheduled for October 2025 under a contract with Ukraine's TSO, Ukrenergo.
