LIB manufacturing is the next to be supported by protective measures. Chinese batteries have the lowest battery prices as the global LIB pack prices declined by 20% owing to Chinese batteries while Europe and the US battery pack prices were up by 31 %, causing a stiff competition for domestic players, hence more measures like full exemption of custom duty on input costs needs to be put in force.
