DirectH2 Inc., a U.S. startup led by Indian entrepreneurs, has signed a Letter of Intent with Shree Tuljabhavani Sugar Pvt. Ltd. (STSPL), Maharashtra, to collaborate on India business development and early-stage funding. The partnership aims to deploy DirectH2’s modular Solar PV-integrated electrolysis technology for low-cost, efficient green hydrogen production at the point of use.
