Dilip Buildcon via subsidiary DBL Renewable will divest stake in 10 SPVs holding 1,363 MW AC solar portfolio across 163 locations in Madhya Pradesh to Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisors. Developed under PM-KUSUM Feeder Solarization PPAs with MPPMCL, cost Rs 6,263 crore including equity Rs 1,253 crore funded 51:49 by DBRL and Alpha during construction.
