DH2 Energy is investing €2.25 billion to develop 1.5 GW of green hydrogen capacity in Spain's Extremadura, aiming to produce 75,000 tonnes of Renewable Hydrogen annually with the Raviza project alone generating 25,000 tonnes per year. Extremadura serves as an ideal location due to its abundant solar and hydro resources, supportive regulatory framework, and emerging Hydrogen infrastructure.
