The Danish Energy Agency has approved plans for the Kattegat and Kriegers Flak II offshore wind farms, each with a capacity of at least 1 GW, following environmental assessments and public consultations. Part of a 6 MW tender launched in April, bids are due by April 1, 2025. The projects aim to be operational by the end of 2030, enhancing Denmark's wind capacity.
