The Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (CSERC) has adopted a tariff of ₹2.98/kWh (∼$0.031) for a 125 MW/500 MWh standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). Approved after competitive bidding, the tariff provides regulatory certainty and validates commercial viability, enabling the developer to move towards financial closure and construction.
