Cosmic PV Power Ltd has filed draft papers with Securities and Exchange Board of India to raise ₹640 crore through an IPO, including a ₹540 crore fresh issue and ₹100 crore offer for sale. The proceeds will fund a new manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh and support corporate needs. A fast-growing solar module manufacturer, the company also provides EPC services and aluminium frames, strengthening its position in India’s renewable energy sector.
