Coal India Ltd increased its solar capital expenditure to ₹961 crore till January FY26, exceeding the progressive target of ₹729 crore and surpassing the annual capex goal of ₹957 crore. Installed renewable capacity reached 247 MW, expected to rise to 675 MW by year-end, including 100 MW at Patan and 300 MW at Khavda.
