Clearway Energy Group announced the repowering of its Cedro Hill wind farm in Webb County, Texas, boosting its capacity to 160 MW, enough to power 40,000 homes annually. The $269 million investment supports local jobs, tax revenue, and landowner payments. Clearway replaced turbines and recycled materials, extending its power agreement with CPS Energy.
