CHN Energy has connected the 3 GW Mengxi Lanhai Solar Facility in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, to the grid after 14 months of construction. With a $1.6 billion investment, the plant, featuring over 5.9 million panels, is the largest single-site Solar Project in China and generates 5.7 TWh annually, powering 2 million homes.
