Chinese scientists led by Tongwei Co., Ltd developed high-efficiency perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells using a low-temperature sequential annealing process. Their two-terminal tandem device achieved a certified 31.4% power conversion efficiency, among the best for commercial silicon-based tandems.
