Acc. to Gartner’s forecast, global EV ownership to rise significantly to hit 85 million by 2025, with China to hold more than 50% of the total share. 49 million EVs are estimated to be on road in China by 2025 compared to 20.6 million in Europe and 10.4 million in North America. The rise is anticipated as the result of better charging infrastructure.
