China becomes the world’s largest Offshore Wind power manufacturing base, according to a recent report on the global offshore wind supply chain released during an international wind power technology innovation conference in Shantou. China accounts for 60% of global capacity in complete offshore wind power machines and 80% of global share in terms of core components.
