CERC dismissed SECI’s Review Petition against its order dated 08.09.2025 determining tariff for a 100 MW solar + 40 MW/120 MWh BESS project at Rajnandgaon. SECI alleged errors in EPC cost deductions, grant allocation, degradation factor, auxiliary consumption, interest rates, ROE tax, and O&M expenses.
