JSW is actively seeking alliances in the Electric Vehicle sector, reportedly in discussions with BYD's FinDreams for battery sourcing and Volkswagen India for technology & dealership collaborations. These talks coincide with Mahindra's interest in acquiring a stake in VW India. JSW has previously partnered with SAIC Motors and smaller startups for various EV needs.
