The CERC approved tariffs for 2,400 MW of Renewable Energy with Storage, based on SJVN’s competitive bidding. Initially tendering 1,200 MW, five companies won, later accepting an additional 1,200 MW via a Greenshoe Option. Tariffs were set at ₹4.25/kWh. SJVN’s request for a ₹0.07/kWh trading margin was limited to ₹0.
