Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has invited expressions of interest (EoI) to operate a 40 MW Solar Module manufacturing plant in Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh. The scope includes manufacturing, operation, maintenance, marketing, and sales of Solar Modules. The contract is for two years, extendable by one year.
