BYD is rolling out its new 1,000 kW fast chargers in early April, with 500 chargers ready for installation alongside the launch of the Han L and Tang L EVs. The company plans to install 4,000 of these ultra-fast chargers across China, enabling up to 400 km of range in just five minutes. BYD also aims to support this with onsite energy storage to ensure optimal charging speeds, marking a significant step in EV charging technology.
