India, one of the largest producers of greenhouse gases, plans to reduce carbon emissions to net zero by 2070, and the shipping minister said that three of its ports will first have green hydrogen and ammonia bunker facilities. The target of the shipping ministry is to cover all 12 major ports with green hydrogen bunkering facilities by 2035.
