Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) secured a ₹31,802 crore c from a consortium led by State Bank of India for its ₹48,926 crore Bina Refinery Expansion and Petrochemical Project. The project will expand refinery capacity and add an ethylene cracker unit, reducing India’s petrochemical imports.
