Borosil Renewables has revised its expansion capex to ₹1,100 crore from ₹950 crore, with commissioning deferred to March 2027. The project will increase solar glass manufacturing capacity from 1,000 TPD to 1,600 TPD through two new 300 TPD furnaces, SG-4 and SG-5, at Bharuch, Gujarat. The ₹150 crore additional outlay will be funded entirely through internal accruals.
