Waaree Energies clarified that its acquisition deal with Enel Green Power India is not collapsing but under commercial terms review. The company is in discussions and will disclose updates as per SEBI regulations. Waaree had signed a share purchase agreement in January 2025 to acquire 100% equity in Enel Green Power India for ₹792 crore.
