The Bihar govt. has issued a tender to boost the Solarisation of agricultural feeders under the PM-KUSUM scheme, using the RESCO model. The Project involves installing decentralized Solar Plants to Power feeders, with Energy sold to state discoms. Successful bidders will sign a 25-year PPA & receive central subsidies.
