Avaada Group is seeking to raise $800 million through offshore loans and domestic bonds to refinance Brookfield Asset Management debt and reduce financing costs ahead of its planned IPO. The refinancing could lower borrowing costs by up to three percentage points. The funds will support Avaada’s expansion across renewable energy, solar manufacturing, and green hydrogen businesses.
