Australian Premium Solar has acquired the remaining 49% stake in Aplus Solar Cell Limited for ₹99,990, increasing its ownership from 51% to 100% and making the company a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition, completed through cash consideration on an arm’s length basis, aims to strengthen and expand the company’s solar manufacturing operations.
