A long-standing dispute between NILE Limited and Andhra Pradesh/Telangana discoms over unpaid wind energy dues has been resolved by APTEL. The issue began in 2012 over underpayments since 2011. A 2014 state bifurcation complicated liabilities. APTEL's July 1 order held APSPDCL liable for 17.45% and TSSPDCL for the rest, with 10% interest on dues from August 2011 to December 2012.
