Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust has raised ₹696 crore through a preferential issue to expand its renewable portfolio. The funds supported acquisition of 12 solar assets from Edelweiss affiliates, boosting its portfolio to 15 assets. With total capacity of about 1.2 GWp and AUM rising significantly, the move strengthens Anzen’s position in India’s energy transition and long-term infrastructure investment growth strategy.
