Andhra Pradesh has approved Waaree Clean Energy Solutions’ ₹15,000-crore green ammonia project at Kakinada SEZ Industrial Park. The facility will have a production capacity of 1.20 million metric tonnes annually and is expected to create around 1,500 jobs. The project supports Andhra Pradesh’s ambition to become a leading clean energy hub and contribute to India’s renewable energy and net-zero goals.
