Ample partnered with Stellantis to equip 100 Fiat 500e EVs in Spain with Modular, swappable battery packs that recharge in five minutes. Stellantis’ Free2move mobility service operates the fleet, initially tested with 40 cars in Madrid and expanding by mid-2025. Unlike China’s Nio, Ample’s modular packs are uniform and scalable, allowing users to customize range by adding modules.
