AM Green BV is acquiring a 17.5% stake in Greenko from ORIX, boosting its renewable energy integration to support large-scale green hydrogen and ammonia production. The deal enables AM Green to advance its Kakinada ammonia project and secure supply contracts with Uniper and Yara. ORIX gains long-term exposure to green fuels via investment in AMG Lux.
