Air Liquide will invest over $200 million to build a next-generation low-carbon hydrogen and syngas production unit at Oxea’s Bay City, Texas facility. Expected to start operations in early 2029, the high-efficiency POX unit will support chemical manufacturing expansion while integrating CO₂ recycling technology.
