India plans to integrate Energy Storage Systems with upcoming Solar Power Projects to ensure grid stability and uninterrupted power supply. The Central Electricity Authority (CEA) has mandated two-hour storage, equal to 10% of Solar Capacity, in future tenders. This move supports the government's 500 GW non-fossil energy target by 2030.
