Actis plans to sell its Indian renewable energy platform, Athena Renewable Energy, with 550 MW solar capacity, valued around ₹3,000 crore. Kotak Mahindra Capital has been appointed as financial adviser, and potential buyers include Hexa Climate Solutions, IndiGrid, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Fund, Sekura Energy, and Jindal Renewables.
