ACME Solar Holdings announced that its special purpose vehicle, ACME Platinum Urja, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with the Solar Energy Corporation of India for a 150 MW hybrid Solar Project, part of a 350 MW total capacity. The project will connect to Karnataka's Tumkur-II substation. Additionally, ACME Solar is planning an IPO, pending necessary approvals and market conditions.
