ACEN Corporation, through its subsidiary Unlimited Renewables Holdings BV, will sell up to a 49% stake in Diyos Renewables India Project Pvt Ltd, which is developing a 100 MW wind project in Karnataka, to Diamond India Renewables One BV. The transaction will be completed in phases, starting with a 10% voting interest.
