Two new wind farms with a combined capacity of 315 MW have started supplying power in electricity grid of Victoria, the southern east state of Australia. The 218-MW Ryan Corner and 97-MW Hawkesdale wind farms have been commissioned and will have enough output to cover the power consumption of around 208,000 homes in Victoria.
