Energy Vault closed a $300 million preferred equity investment from OIC to launch "Asset Vault," its global platform for owning and operating energy storage assets. The investment supports over 1.5 GW of projects across the U.S., Europe, and Australia, including Calistoga, Cross Trails, and Stoney Creek BESS.
