The Andhra Pradesh government signed an MoU with ABC Cleantech (Evren) and Axis Energy to invest ₹1,10,250 crore in renewable energy. Evren, a joint venture of Brookfield Renewables and Axis Energy, will develop 6,500 MW each of wind and solar, 6,500 MWh energy storage, and produce 0.25 MTPA green hydrogen with 1 MTPA derivatives.
