Shell in talks to sell Malaysian fuel stations to Saudi Aramco, sources say

Shell is in talks with Saudi Aramco to sell its gas station business in Malaysia, which is the country's second-largest network. The deal could be worth up to $1 billion, according to industry sources. Shell and Saudi Aramco declined to comment on the discussions. Shell owns approximately 950 fuel stations in Malaysia, second only to the state-owned Petronas network.
