Rajasthan's Budget Highlights: Cooking Gas and CNG Tax Reduction
Rajasthan Finance Minister Diya Kumari unveiled the state's FY25 budget of Rs 4.95 lakh crore, highlighting plans for 4 lakh job openings and nine new expressways. Notably, she reduced VAT on cooking gas and CNG, allocated Rs 27,000 crore for healthcare, and earmarked Rs 15,000 crore for rural water supply. Various sectoral policies and infrastructure projects were also outlined.
