Croatia Energy's HROTE Initiates Bidding: EUR 257.2M for Renewable Premiums

Croatian Energy Market Operator HROTE launches public bidding for premiums on June 27, targeting wind (150 MW), solar (450 MW), and hydropower (7.25 MW) projects. Estimated at EUR 257.2 million, bids require EUR 6.636 per kW bank guarantees. Bidders can bid once per plant; with bids exceeding quotas, the lowest price wins. Winners announced within 30 days, aiming to disburse subsidies by year-end.
