The initiative aims to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply and meet rising future demand from industry, agriculture, businesses, and households. According to Energy Minister G. Ravi Kumar, several 33/11 KV substations are being sanctioned statewide. Additionally, two 220 KV substations worth ₹46 crore are being constructed in Vizianagaram district to support growing electricity needs.
