Researchers from Zhejiang University developed a perovskite-TOPCon tandem solar cell using an inverted perovskite structure with a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) to enhance thermal stability and interfacial energy alignment. The top cell achieved 22.8% efficiency and retained over 99% efficiency after 400 hours at 60 °C.
