Valiant Laboratories approved a ₹70 lakh investment in AMPYR Renewable Energy to acquire up to 1.01% equity, enabling captive solar power procurement for its Tarapur plant. The target operates a solar project at Mhasale, Maharashtra, under a group captive open access arrangement. The transaction will be completed through definitive agreements within 12 months.
