The US House of Representatives has passed a bill to eliminate the 45V clean hydrogen production tax credit, a move that could disrupt billions in planned hydrogen investments. The legislation, narrowly approved by a 215-214 vote, proposes ending tax incentives for hydrogen projects starting construction after December 31, 2025.
