Uttar Pradesh's Green Hydrogen Policy 2024, notified March 2024 for five years with UPNEDA as nodal agency, targets 1 million metric tonnes annual green hydrogen and green ammonia capacity by 2028. The policy covers production, renewable energy generation, electrolyser manufacturing, storage, transportation, pipelines, R&D and skill development, aiming for four Centres of Excellence.
